My Way to Olympia - must see POV film!

Follow a German film director Niko von Glasow as he explores the world of Paralympians in My Way to Olympia, a heartfelt production presented by Public Broadcasting Service's POV series. Initially skeptical about the purpose and cost of Paralympic Games, von Glasow shares his experience as a person with congenital disabilities as he interviews athletes representing different sports.

He questions whether disabled sport further alienates disabled and non-disabled persons. Following athletes during training prior to the London 2012 Games, viewers gain new perspective of the power of sport to transform lives and attitudes among participants, families and spectators.
